Re: Thai baht passes 32/$...this morning
Would some kind person please let me know what the current rate is for the British pound against the baht? Thanks.
Re: Thai baht passes 32/$...this morning
On Currency markets 49.7B/┬г
To exchange in UK 48.85B/┬г (Collected from Bureaux in London) - or- 48.1B/┬г delivered (no fee)
To exchange in Thailand 48B (TMB) possibly 49B if you shop around.
If you choose wisely, there is no longer the significant difference one used to find between exchanging in UK and exchanging in Thailand (used to be up to 10% better to take Sterling to Thailand - not any more unless you take the terrible rates at UK airports etc)
