I would like to second Moses' recommendation. DivineMadman created an awesome overview of the massage places in central Bangkok, including very useful info on the state of the facilities, available services, and prices.
Highly recommended!
DivineMadman's commendable effort reminds me of the famous blog by ShamelessMack. His blog consisted of a collection of very detailed descriptions of massage places in different parts of Bangkok, Pattaya, and Manila. It was very well organized and regularly updated. Over the years it became a huge heap of valuable information - until it wasn't accessible an more, all of a sudden and without any apparent reason.
ShamelessMack's blog also had some nice graphics and comprehensive lists - this is just an example that I luckily copied from his website, before it went down:

By the way: anyone still can read ShamelessMack's blog here:

His google-map is here https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/vi...TypG_VFA&hl=en
Thanks for the link to the Web Archive. Glad to see the blog saved there. However, all the graphics are gone! The hand drawn maps, tables, illustrations of body shape codes - all gone.
Did you save any more graphics? I collected and posted shamelessmack fragments here:

(And why did I not get the idea to check web archive? Thanks Moses!)
No, that's the only one I have. And, as I see you have the same graphic posted in your blog, I now think I may have copied it from the same source as you did.
At the time I didn't see the need to copy anything from ShamelessMack's blog, as it was available on the web, or so I thought - until it wasn't accessible any more, but then it was too late!
Never got too deep into the academic side and I don't think I ever rogered any of them.
The were all straight tops who rose to the occasion and I don't look like even an eldery woman.
Amazing.
But sadly now, figures of 'nostalgia' only.
