Whilst browsing the pg report 26 may , I found that Funny Boyz were having a free birthday buffet and recently were awarded the Gaytingtong award for the best bar for 2009.

Funny Boys Anniversary Party

On Wednesday 9th June Funny Boys in Boyztown will be holding their annual anniversary celebration. This year will celebrate their 6th year as well as the 3rd year under Mamasan RoseтАЩs guidance.

A buffet will start from 8.30pm followed at around 9.30pm with free lucky draw for all customers in the bar.

Shortly thereafter there will be a draw for all working in the bar in which absolutely everybody wins something varying from modest cash prizes up to large cash prizes. As the dancing resumes everybody present will be asked to vote for special cash prizes to be given within the categories:- The Best Smile, The Most Handsome and The Best Dancer.

Mamasan Rose, The Boys and Management hope you will be able to join them.

Funny Boys: best gay venue in Pattaya 2009

On Tuesday May 25, representatives of the GayTingTong forum braved the monsoon that evening to present Funny Boys in Boyz Town with a certificate for "The Best Gay Venue in Pattaya 2009".

In January's poll of members at http://www.gaytingtong.com/ to find the "Best Gay Venue in Pattaya" 10 bars were nominated for the final vote: Oud's Cafe, Happy Boys, Corner Bar, The Venue, Oscars, Krazy Dragon, Funny Boys, Memories Music Bar, Bar La Cage and Panorama and it was clear from the start that the two main contenders in the voting would be Krazy Dragon and Funny Boys.

After all the votes were counted Funny Boys emerged the winner by eight votes.

The certificate was presented by Ian from Memories Music Bar in Sunee Plaza.[attachment=1:1o2ggkj8]P6091725.jpg[/attachment:1o2ggkj8]

Looking at that photograph, the adjective "Funny" is not exactly the first one that comes to my mind to describe their "Boys". But, then again, I guess if they named the bar "Ugly Boys" it wouldn't be such a good advertisement...

I was very happy to vote for it,regardless of its name.Well deserved award.

I agree - Funny Boys is one of the better bars.

Very clean and well-managed from what I can see, which is more than can be said for many others.

As for the boys, "you pays your money and takes your choice" as they say.

In all my visits to Pattaya I am never there for one of these parties.I wonder if guys there go to these all the time.I would like to be there for FunnyBoys as I think its the best venue in Pattaya....I return in september...probably nothing happening there then....
