Take Care Newsletter permissions

I'm new here and just wondering what I need to do to get permissions to be able to read the newsletter.

Hi Al and Welcome!

It shouldn't be a permissions issue with Sawatdee. It is an Adobe PDF file and so you'll either need an Adobe program to read it or use Google reader, depending on the device you are using.
