You don't trust the Chinese and yet you live in Hong Kong? Does that mean you trust Thai boys? And now you want one that is "very tender" too? What other hidden agendas might be lurking behind your offer of employment?
haha indeed!

Oh Dear..
It looks like you dun understand HK and China at all... It's not your fault.. though I'd wonder if you ever visited HK and China..
Anyway, I wonder if you know it's very common for Philipino/Indonesian/Thai maids working in HK? If yes, then you should not wonder why I am hiring a Thai Maid. If no, then it looks like we are unable to communicate in this subject. Thanks.

The salary should be equal to the Philipino maid in HK and is controlled by the HK legislation. However, it could be a bit higher than that to the right person.. Also, we provide free accomodation and the legal contract will be signed and the worker is protected by the HK laws.

Well.. extra services.. I can't decline the possibility but I think it is really based on the mutual willingness.. So I think it's better to discuss this issue to right candidate only. Thanks for your concern!

No idea about HK, but I know in Malaysia, it varies depending on the landlord, but around say 5000 - 9000 baht/month for a live-in. Obviously though, that doesn't involve being a sex-slave too.

It's fucken cruel in Malaysia too. My parents live in a brand new townhouse complex in KL, and I remember my first time visiting them, I was gobsmacked that there's an actual jail cell basically in the basement, with bars and everything. No air-con, window is open to the elements, tiny little room with tiny bathroom, and you're expected to lock your live-in maid in there every night. I couldn't imagine doing that to another human, but lots of people, even in such a wealthy complex still do that.

Well, I don't think even a good cook, he/she might be professional in cooking Thai / Vietname dishes but don't think he/she can cook all different food worldwide, right?

Anyway, I found many unfriendly challenge here.. And I wonder.. how many Thai gays can read this msg..

Wah.. HK is almost double than the highest pay in Malaysia.. that's why many Philipino maids prefer to work in HK... Anyway, how are your parents now? Back to Thai already?

That's why I removed my e-mail address.. Anyway, I strongly believe this is not writen by a Thai boy.. As for the Thai boy, I think the most important is salary + good employer. Who ever did this would only send himself into jail... Therefore, for whom it may concern to write this stupid message, please stop your stupid and childish action. What you are doing is already commited crime and I think the police is able to trace you via your message...

None of my business but, since you posted here, I'm a little puzzled as to why you need to import a domestic servant. Presuming two guys can't clean their own place, is there nobody in Hong Kong or China that will clean and cook for you? Or is there something else you have in mind?

August 18th, 2009, 03:49
just what was in my mind, why import a gay servant from Thailand? Something not told? Please tell us why you dont want a chinese :salute:

...... Or is there something else you have in mind?
The OP already said he will discuss this with the "right candidate". So, it looks like he is definitely considering that "extra service".
why not chinese maid, philipino maid, indonesian maid, but only Thai maid? The reason is pretty obvious.
Be warned...importing a house maid is legal in HK, but importing a sex maid is not.
I totally agree that George Orwell 's threatening email should be reported to the HK police, but I am afraid that the OP will be the first person to be investigated.
If his only intention is to find someone to clean and cook, there are plenty of mid-age chinese or philipino female maids available who are already in HK through employment agency. You don't even have to offer them room and board.
Now, we all know what is in his mind.

Good to hear they're treated better than in KL!

Parents are good, but not Thai. We're all Canadian, but they're just living in KL these days due to my dad's job.

Definitely I'm not looking for a sex-slave.. I consider myself to be a good employer though..

Of course you're looking for a sex-slave. Ok, maybe that's a bit harsh, so let's go with sex-servant. :) Why else would you be posting on a gay Thailand message board, looking for a live-in maid who must be a healthy, gay Thai between the ages of 23 - 37. The ability to cook and clean appear to be down your on your list of qualifications. :)

Don't get me wrong, I don't give a shit. I'm sure you could find someone willing here, and assuming all three of you are happy with the situation, that's all that matters!

August 18th, 2009, 08:46
just what was in my mind, why import a gay servant from Thailand? Something not told? Please tell us why you dont want a chinese :salute:

Chinese domestic workers in HK are relatively few. Most people hire Filipinos, Thais, Sri Lankans, etc.

As for the gender and sexual orientation they require, it is obviously that they want a maid they can fuck whenever it pleases them. I hope, at least, they will compensate him accordingly each time they get the urge to violate the staff.

With all the technology that HK police have, it should not be a difficult job to trace back and find the sender.

As someone with an Asian lover of many years who previously hired amahs in HK I'd like to say how disgusted I am by the reception accorded to Neptuneboy and his partner. If two young educated professionals are earning a good living in HK why shouldn't they make effective use of their time by hiring somebody for domestic chores. They probably each earn over ten times what they will have to pay the amah whose minimum remuneration and repatriation flight will be monitored by HK immigration.

If people can't come to terms with the idea that gay Asians can get an education and a good position in global job markets then they should seek help for their own low esteem problems and leave these guys to enjoy the life they probably deserve.

As to why not employ someone local or from the PRC.

1. It's actually easier to immigrate a Thai amah than someone from the PRC.
2. A local amah is more likely to gossip to all the other amahs in the appartment block, some amahs gossip with their employers so your privacy is history.
3. Same goes for Philipina amahs, who may well gossip to English speaking employers.
4. I twice had Philipina amahs; one held parties in the house while we were on holiday and ran up a huge 'phone bill; the other was a holy roller; never again.
5. A male amah is less likely to gossip in the block.
6. A gay Thai may well fit into the household better.

555 what you say does sound like it makes a lot of sense. I do worry about the additional services though. However, if they were totally up front about what they might expect before the Thai "housekeeper" is at their mercy in HK, then I would probably be okay with it, especially since it sounds like HK has imposed some pretty good ground-rules to protect foreign domestic help.

On another note, blame the Canadians for the grey squirrels. :clown:

Hi Neptune what a fortuitous name and isn't a glorious day today in Hong Kong. Im going to be up to my neck all day in our lotus lake planting out my Thai waterlilies at last. Wot luck I took the day off.

Don't let some of the sods on this forum get to you most can't even afford the zimmer frame they bought on HP never mind hired help.

I absolutely understand your predicament, I have three Filipinos and quite honestly I would trade them all in for just one Thai or Indonesian. One of them I think is on drugs the other runs amok every once and awhile and the third seems to think all seven days a week are public holidays.

The only little problem i can see with a having a cute Thai gay helper is that unless your relationship is very mature, open and solid you are going to find it causes mayhem in your private lives and this will surely also reflect on the boy being able to do his job properly.

My domestic helpers and gardener are : a butch lesbian, an elderly house keeper who came recommended from a post working in the personal household of one of the more well known Saudi princes, and an island savage who traps and eats the assorted wildlife in our garden and surrounds. All are woman.

If it wasn't for the fact that they were Filipino's Im sure all would be heavenly but sadly they are and as such a nightmare.

I recommend if you are serious and understand the possible consequences that you heed my following suggestion and rather than get an unknown one direct from Thailand that you poach one locally instead.

I realise that this isn't perhaps as easy as it sounds given your requirements, but you would be surprised.

One big advantage you have is that locals, from your average cashier at Watsons to the tycoon who is my neighbour, all pay their staff the absolute minimum legal wage. This means that staff are quite mobile not having to worry about lack of loyalty.

Second advantage is you really don't know what you are going to get with an import ultimately, however doing what I suggest means you can make friends with them first and get to know them well. This has advantages even if you don't hire them as they all hang out together and will happily recommend someone else for you to try.
P.S on this score it helps to bad mouth the locals and express your horror at their treatment of domestics generally, you cant miss and it's mostly true even if you make it all up. Heck you can easily afford to pay more than the minimum, anyone here can so don't hold back upping the odds if it means you get that little tight arsed house boy in khaki shorts of your dreams.

You probably wont be surprised to learn that many employers are closet, often the only way you find out they are gay besides the vulgar Porsche Cabriolet is the fact that they take great pains to select their Thai male staff. This is done according to their age, looks, body and easy going nature, all come with a delightful smile of course. Forget the tai-tai's driver he's more than likely spoiled rotten and probably also completely infatuated with the old bag believing as most do that she will drop dead and leave him a fortune. Very sad when without failure they end up with nothing not even a flight home, this also happens when the tai-tai moves to Canada. I could pass a few of these your way but they tend to have attitude and a lack of trust issue plus two weeks to leave the country.

If you have any trouble let me know by PM and I will try and put you on the right track. I have my eye and one or two other things on a few quite extraordinary boys in my neck of the woods (literally) at the moment. One is Indonesian and the other two are from Thailand, tall graceful and drop dead gorgeous all three. At the moment they walk the dogs on the hikers trail past my house and without fail stop to chat and while away the time, always asking if I need help. Just waiting for a king-cobra to take out my gardener so I can approach the subject formally with them. Shouldn't be long now as last week I found her behind her quarters gnawing on a snake she had killed skinned and roasted over an informal barbecue.

If you don't understand any of this still PM me and I'll do all I can to help. You never know we might be acquaintances already.

August 20th, 2009, 20:16

The say "some other household stuffs". I think it is pretty common in job specs for the employer to put in a "catch all" phrase and they have qualified their's with the word "household". Perhaps it includes picture hanging, telephone answering, dog walking. I suspect that the problem is with your imagination rather than their intentions, KT.

I suspect that the problem is with your imagination rather than their intentions, KT.

Yeah, maybe just his imagination.

Or maybe the fact the OP started a thread on a forum called "Gay Thailand", asking where we could get himself specifically a healthy, gay Thai guy between the ages of 23 - 37 to move to HK and become his maid. Not to mention the OP doesn't seem too worried about the experience of said maid, or at least forgot to mention it.

I'm sure it's one or the other...

Pleasure Neptune, I live in Hong Kong.

Most on this forum is just silly bluster, bored out of their minds.

Yes this forum is for old and I mean seriously old Westerners (mostly), posters cum in three categories, almost dead and living in Pattaya, dead and no longer posting, or wishing they were dead and living in Canada (who wouldn't).

So yes you stumbled onto the wrong forum like I did a brief few years go. If it wasn't for Boozy and one or two others delights it wouldn't be worth staying.

I'll ask around meantime should be fun. Do you need full time or part time? If you take part time, that is someone moonlighting with another full time here, and you like it's often the best way to go about getting them full time later.

Cedric

Call me stupid..... or worse but I can't see what the fuss is about, neptuneboy is advertising for a live in sex toy...so what?...not exactly holding a gun to anyones head.
Like who hasn't fucked the "help" before...I can't see the difference between this and offing a gogo boy, at least he only has to grab his ankles for a couple......unlike a gogo boy who peddles his arse to many....

Honestly, far too many righteous posers online.....talk about people in glass houses throwing stones...

August 22nd, 2009, 11:18
You live in worse than a glass hut, you live in cloud kookoo-land least it's cooler I suppose. We don't fuck with the staff, they have a job to do. We might fuck other peoples staff but that's another issue altogether.

Breeders on the other hand well they even marry the staff, just anyone's, ultimately ending up being held to random by a gang of violent relatives back in Manilla. They can only dream of the tranquil colonial civilisation they left behind all for the wretched maid. When the money is finis they end up in a less than impromptu car smash the savage already scrabbling in the drawers for those insurance papers she pried on when she was no more than a mere dusting machine.

Men who love men I must say are generally all round much more sensible with the help. We like things just so, bunches of artistically arranged fresh orchids, fine Thai dining and nice crisp slightly fragrant linen in the evening. Why fuck with that?
