Monty's Pool latest

What is the latest with the old Monty's Pool? Has it been sold yet? Any construction planned/started there? And what about the restaurant/BBQ place next door?

Montys old pool bar area is now surrounded by a green corrugated iron fence and clean painted wall. Next door is now Apadana persian club ( arab straight smoking bar & disco).

And, as of two weeks ago, inside the fenced area, absolutely nothing has changed for months.

Was there when the wall went up. Axel the owner of Don Plaza told me that he had secured the lease on the property, already had draft plans drawn up for the new pool area and will be back later in the year to start construction.

Thinking of renting a unit at Yensabai condos. If there is now an Arab disco below, will it be very noisy? What about the swimming pool side? There was construction planned, anything happening?
