Visa overstay

I am allowed 30 days without visa to stay in LOS - can anyone tell me penalty for overstaY?

If you had a visa it would be 500 baht a day. Seeing as how you'd be in Thailand on the 30 day 'no visa' permission, I'm just guessing that it might be at least the same.
You could be deported you know ... and you could lose any possibility of ever returning to Thailand. That's a worst case scenario, but you should consider it.
