In Jomtien for the past year I've 2MB ADSL service from TOT. The cost was 1,000 baht plus tax.
Now that TTT has cheaper better offerings, and True is on its way, TOT is responding. With a 1 year contract, their 2MB service is 590 baht, 3MB is 690 baht, and 4MB is 890 bht. I'm not sure about the u/l speeds with each package. There is also some kind of bonus involving free domestic calls.
