April 3rd, 2006, 17:59
Now that we are living in Bangkok we have our house in Pattaya for rent as from 15th April.

The property a detached Thai style 4 bedroom house has 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bath & shower with balconies overlooking the sea, 2 large single bedrooms, a fully tiled floor to ceiling bathroom with bath & shower and w/c plus two separate w/cтАЩs. A large lounge with a wall mounted 42тАЭ plasma cable TV incorporating CD & DVD overlooks the garden and pool. A fully fitted western style kitchen/diner, utility room with washing machine and dryer, a good sized study/office with high speed internet connection and digital access floor safe, a kids playroom and integral 2 car garage with electrically operated doors.

In the rear well maintained south facing landscaped gardens of the house is a fully fenced 50ft x 18ft swimming pool with a brick built gas Bar-BQ area, both the pool and gardens are serviced weekly. The rear garden has uninterrupted views to the beach and the sea whilst the front garden has a north/west aspect and is well hidden from the road by mature plants and trees and has a well stocked fish pond.

The house has full 24 hour CCTV security, electronically operated front gates and intruder alarms are fitted to all external doors and windows and is a few minutes walk from Cabbages & Condoms Resort, so is probably not suitable for anyone slightly infirm as they could find the steps to the beach challenging.

The house has full air conditioning with added individual room climate control and all rooms have been furnished to a very high standard. A reliable and competent English speaking maid is available if required.

The property is available for rental at 35000Baht a month (minimum 1 month)

John, thanks for the suggestion but quite honestly I am far to busy to deal with any of the enquiries or any other aspects of the rental myself . We are off to the UK for a couple of weeks holiday on Sunday then on my return I am in Chiang Rai for two weeks then Chiang Mai for another two weeks.

The agency in Bangkok found us the house that we have bought in Bangkok and dealt with everything so efficiently that we thought we would let them handle the rental of the Pattaya property as they seem to specialise in the larger style properties.

However it appears we may need a good builder if BBB rents the property in June so maybe I will come back you you for some names
