Sorry Mark but your bar looks like a lady bar. When outside are 4-5 ladies sitting on bar chairs in front of your business and watching every guy who enter your bar. Thats not a good feeling to walk in there. It's looks same like in Walking Street at the lady bars. Are these ladies the girl friends of your boys and waiting them to finish work? You try your best to be different but with this presents of the ladies you damage yourself.

It's not good for your business. Put the boys on the chairs to escort the customer in the bar as an eye catcher.
