not really..as I'm sure there are heaps more posters can add .
These are from a straight website. A coupe I know..the petrol station one and I've seen Russians at the Little Odessa section going ape-shit about the alleged damage to jet-skis.
I've always been of the opinion when challenged it's easier to pay up..the boys in brown tend to be of little use. My last effort at being outraged by a bloated taxi-fare in Manilla ended with the driver putting a gun to my head at which point I happily emptied my walet into his free hand and apologised for the lack of a tip and offered to wash the cab as well.
