What has happened to Ting and Tongs?

A while ago while I was posting a message, the screen refreshed and a message at the tops read "This Board is Currently Disabled"
Below that a message appears that read something to the effect that 'This board is closed, I've gone to live in a monastery, pray for me" now it reads " THE FORUM IS CLOSED - THE REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN!!!!"

Oogie, what's up? Please don't go.
