Gay Cha am?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there are any gay or gay friendly places in Cha am? Or if anyone knows any gay boys living or working in Cha am?

Hoi Tim,

I just know I will be there in June searching for the well know guy with that perfect butt in Hua Hin.

I asked that Smiles will keep him safe for me.

Cha-Am is 26,4 Km away from Hua Him Google map (http://www.google.nl/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Cha-Am&daddr=Hua+Hin+Thailand&hl=nl&geocode=&mra=ls&sll=12.570484,99.957843&sspn=0.242272,0.44632&g=Hua+Hin+Thailand&ie=UTF8&ll=12.67953,99.959793&spn=0.249873,0.44632&z=12), maybe zoom out a bit.

But I am a newbe, here on this board and LoS.

In Cha Am I would think your only hope is a friendly staff member of some hotel. Otherwise hop on the bus to Hua Hin as noted above.

Or hire yourself a motocy Tim. I think you would get back and forth more easily, at your convenience, if you had a mode of transport. I gather you have already paid a deposit on your place in Cha Am? Or maybe friends there? You will spend most of your evenings in Hua Hin anyway. Perhaps an idea to look for a place there and cancel the other.

Cha Am is a lovely resort town but crowded with bus tours and the like. Nice beach also but not exactly a quiet spot.

Hua Hin has a huge beach which goes for miles and you can find a relatively sane spot still with beach chairs, food and drinks on the beach. I have known there to be a certain Thai fellow who sometimes helps out at one of the concessions at the beach, with food and drink. He is most agreeable chap.

A little friendly local gay bar in Cha am would be handy to save the trip to Hua Hin every night. Doesn't sound like there is anywhere though sadly.

As mentioned above (more than once), take a taxi to Hua Hin. There are a number of small host bars here as well as a 'show' bar (Blue Angel). Many of the guys who sit around these host bars are very handsome. You can stay overnight in Hua Hin for around 600~800 baht at the many small guest houses/hotels ... none of which will give a rat's ass who (or how many) you turn up with (companion-wise) late at night.
