The long closed old Clubber Clubbing restaurant has been taken over and remodeled by a Balkan. So far, it looks like a friendly beer bar with a few
boys. I believe Sunee Plaza needed a Balkan restaurant/beer bar and wish them well. Curious to see a menu and I hope it is Greek/Mediterrean style food.

Also the former LeGun 2 next door in being changed into an open air
boy beer bar and that can only be an improvement.
These two places have been a dark spot in Sunee and it is good to see
new places coming and sometimes old places going.

Also work in progress up the soi in the former Apollo restaurant. :cat:

I do hope you are correct about Balkan food being along the lines of Greek food. To the best of my knowledge there isn't a Greek restaurant in Pattaya. I was under the impression that Balkan cuisine is mainly heavy meat and grilled.

Balkin???? Why am I thinking of old Yugoslovia? I never attach "Balkin" to Greece. But I hope that area is "activated". I still think SUNEE PLAZA could use a "dance club" with good music in one of the bars. NOT all the clientel is over 50.

It is called Balkan Express and I believe the owner is from Croatia.
If true, we will find out what Croatian food is. Grilled meat sounds
good to me with some hot buns.
