Hi all! Does anyone have any information on this floating restaurant?

Is the food any good?
What are the prices like?
How do you get out to the boat?
Is it easy for older people or is the shuttle out difficult?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

I've never heard anyone say anything really positive about it.
Last time I checked (Six years ago so things may have changed.) you could get there by walking out on the pier. The boat doesn't go very far out.
Prices were too high for the quality of the food and probably more now.
Used to get Chinese tour groups, especially; in high (New Year) season.
Personally; I'd rather sit, on the pier, at Tankay, and look at the boats--And Catch-(Num)of-the-day.

A bottle of beer, a plate of fish--and Thou

You look to be a much younger man than you describe.
To the point... all the food eaten on the floater has to be carried from land to sea (even if not far). Perhaps losing some quality and cleanliness in the process. I see no advantage to eating on one of those.

Being able to walk on water, I never had a problem reaching the boat.
