Thai CD's

...it seems when I buy "burned" CD's off the street vendors, the CD plays once on my Pioneer sound system, then after that it doesn't. Meanwhile, they'll play on my cheap portable boom box. Of course the store- bought ones play all the time.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I have the same problem with VCD they will play on my cheaper brand Players and not the better quality one I donтАЩt now why. :scratch:

I was having that problem with my old DVD player, but I assumed the problem was with the DVD player so I pitched it and got a cheap Phillips and a cheap Pioneer DVD players. They both will play any of my CDs or DVDs, but the Phillips won't let me fast forward or fast reverse the rip-off CDs.
