500B short time (going rate) seems to be the big draw. Not a farang scene, and you really need your own car or have the balls to hire a driver or use a willing taxi unabashed. There's a poster on CFS that does it on foot but never seems to find what he's looking for.

its he SaranRom park-near the Sanam Luang-here in BKK. if you stay in the Banglampu area its just a short and amusing walk-an no fears at all are needed. Gaybutton als confessed he easiy hires Jomtien beach boys for a bit of fun-and in fact the Chiangmai-Tha Pae scene is much the same. No real need for gross worries or fears and no taxi or car needed. Farang are not that rare either. Also the fitness cente/open air in the park is worth going to. OK for a quickie-but dont expect stunning guys and be prepared for the odd refusal too. It helps if you speekee the phaasaa Thai and known how Thailand works-which gaybutton obviously does. I once got proposed early sunday morning at 8.00 or so-while waiting for the bus. Except for lesser language skills-not that much different from hiring some guy at Ram IV or Suriwong and taking im to the Suriwong short-time hotel.
the most annoying thing I find is that walking to there needs you to fend off an ever increasing nr of ladyboys and ugly katoeys parading on Ratchdamnern road- but thats to be overcome
