Hi

On the Ting & Tong forum some one posted the above question and I thought the above site gives some good suggestions. I'll post this on T&T when it's open again

Cheers

Hey BB,

The direct link to the complete list is:

Lots of good suggestions.

My only issue with Bangkok day trips is the traffic one can get caught in on some of the returns back to Bangkok.

You could try this guy, who I used for a couple of day tours when I was in Bangkok in November:
www.thailandhorizons.com/tours (http://www.thailandhorizons.com/tours)

Oat works as a freelance guide, either for tour companies or you can book him direct. It is, of course, cheaper to book direct. He's a nice guy, and speaks good English. He's gay - he does not offer "extras", but can help out with advice on the Bangkok scene (also Chiang Mai - he is a Chiang Mai native). I don't suppose any of the old hands would need a tour guide, but I don't know Bangkok, was there for only a few days, and was well pleased with his service.
