I heard he was found innocent and released just like Peter was from Krazy Dragon when they busted into his house and caught him in flagrante delictu with an underage boy. There was no evidence in any of these cases I was told by a reliable authority, and Peter too was right back on the streets running his bar and having meals at Sammy's. This guy and the others are out on bail. Most likely he will pay a very large settlement and then be deported. It may be tho that after being deported he will again face a court in his own coutry. The process takes about 3 months to reach the courts.
I am carefull not to rush to judgements tho and leave that up to the courts and a higher being than me. I tend to seperate the boys actively pursuing farangs in thailand into a seperate catagory. Forced child sex or rape is the lowest of the low of crimes and should be dealt with severly. In no way do I condone underage sex, I just consider it a lesser crime when the kids are out there pursuing the older partners. perhaps the pics and story have appeared in the media but even the trashiest Thai tabloids (even the ones who regularly show alleged child victim's pics) only report an arrest..not assume guilt or a conviction as you have !
