The bar itself would require no work... Its already perfect facilities wise...

Its only a point and not to have a go at anybody, but there are 8 bars on this list that have no entertainment licenses, and will for the foreseeable future will not be permitted to obtain them, even with under the table payments the buildings them selves are permanently black listed,
How do you put a price on some thing like that. And for the unwary buyer this would be a major blow.

Actually there is an older bar that was named Queens located across from Sky Bar and I happened to be able to see in it one day and could believe how great it looked inside. It has been closed for a number of years now and I am not sure who even owns it but it would be worth trying to find out.

As long as it is a flight of fancy-- I would buy them all and happily survey the territory on a regular basis. Hmmm perhaps spend time Crazy Dragon with the tarzan outfits from Happy Bar. To drum up business, first drink would be on me and the boy of your choice would be my pleasure to supply.

well,hi all is not all that offensive, but it was in an unussal thread and out of no where. Does any one remember the professior he really went away fast, after introducing himself as the professor, I would assume his handle did not help much in that regard.
