it's a funny old place..the USA. I love it but in reality it's far more ramshackle, inefficient ,far more bogged down in red tape than almost anywhere. We all begin to believe in the Hollywood version of the US but a visit brings us crashing back to earth..do like it though.

I HAVE a newspaper article forwarded to me by my sister in law whose local news in America has hsi name spelled Chertloff (<<<< the 'L'). Some how the misspelling MUST have gotten into thye system (try a Gooogle search).

To think that a spelling error ...

Too bad he's not here. He'd have been ejected by now!
