I guess you really do feel this is a little too expensive. But this is only 700 baht per day. Seems reasonable enough, although I don't see any pictures of kitchen/cooking facilities.

Yes sorry the condo is in Yensabai condos in South Pattaya near Sunee Plaza.

The condo is on the best side facing east and you don't have to over look that slum area which used to be Monty's pool bar.
The price of 21,000 Baht is the current rent for one month including Electric and water in the high season only.
There are other deals that can be arranged for longer stays.
