That bars website has been like that almost 2 years? Did it actually open?I'm assuming it's the one almost next door to Tawan Bar that we're talking about. I walk past almost every night and since every night it's same-same, I haven't even noticed if they've closed down. They were certainly open. However I'm currently in Washington advising the IMF, so if someone else is walking past perhaps they can give a more current update
