Did a search but no useful information obtained.
Am thinking of staying at the Poseidon in Jomtien towards the end pf June. Have checked their web and it looks good. Before I go ahead, does anyone know their policy as regards bringing back a boy? I always travel alone but book a double room. Does this help? Many thanks.

There are absolutely no problems in bringing a legal age boy back to Poseiden

Just show the ID at the desk, I usually get the boy to leave ID at the desk until he leaves. For multiple visits they will take a photostat of the ID and return it to the boy

There is no joiners fee.

Great gay place to stay. enjoy.

Not sure what you are intending to spend for your room (Posiedon 1300 baht to 3700 baht), but if you are looking for a decent sized room at a lower cost then next door to Posiedon (a couple of units down maybe) there is the Two Faces Guesthouse. I am being charged 650 baht because I stay for longer than a month, but I believe that this, or a similar price, will be the charge for low season guests. From the picture of Poseidon's bathroom, I can tell you that Two Faces is not as luxurious, but I have a large room with queen bed, lounge seating and breakfast/dining table and chairs, plus large wardrobe and usual facilites, it is also nicely decorated in what I am told is a 'Bali' style. They have two entrances, one through the bar and one more private where no one can see your comings or goings, so to speak.

The Poseidon does look like a nice small guesthouse, I only visited once to see what they had cooking for dinner (my life is a menu), and stayed just for a coffee as I thought the menu was quite limited, however, since visiting other bars and restaurants in the Jomtien Complex, all seem to have a very limited menu, and one relatively new restaurant seems to have only about 12 items on it's menu. (wandering off the point now!)

I am sure you will enjoy wherever you stay, have a lovely time.
