Where to buy leather fetish items in Thailand

Last time when I was in Thailand, I was taken to a shop that had a leather chaps and underwear. My friend purchased the chaps and was told by the shopkeeper that the chaps were ordered and paid for by a guy that never picked them up. He was also told that they do not do leather fetish items but the guy offered too much money to turn down.

Now I am thinking of buying some leather fetish items for myself. Do any of you know where is a reasonably priced place that can make or already has leather fetish items for sale?

The Castle (str8) has Fetish nights on third road and Exxit Jomtien has Leather night in Black on Wed nights but not really "Leather" nights.

I also found the black leather night on Exxit Certainly something I had not been aware of in almost 16 years coming to Pattaya. In fact have never been in the place.
