I heard that Montys was shut last week. Not sure as it was on chat the statement was made. It might have been an early night?

Joseph44 We are all aware that Monty has been trading in the Jomtien Complex for almost 2 years

Members would also be aware that Boxer died about 2 years ago, even if newbies were not

is that old bugger Monty OK ?...he is one of Pattaya's foremost citizens. There should be plaques all over the place with his name on them.

A Thai friend who was a dancer at Monty's told me a couple of days ago that the lease was up on the Jomtien premises at the end of the month ... unsubstantiated so anyone shed any light on this?

Monty has for several years, returned to Oz, for a month or so, at this time of year.

Maybe he is on another sabbatical :clown:

I do not know but Monty told me he has to go back to Perth more frequently than before. I think it was every 6 months for checkup, amybe 3 or 4 months. I hope the old bugger is still well

Monty is still open.

His lease is not expiring. Other premises yes.

Like many of us he has a few ailments, but hes a survivor as you know.
