does one need further proof, as I keep trying to inform people that all Australian men at some time in their lives don gaudy frocks and stillettoes. It's some sort of macho male ritual ( but it goes far further than just dressing up !!).
what a strange place..now look at the just elected Lord Mayor Clover Moore ( with a huge majority) and 2 of her fellow councilors in the required garb when attending council sessions ! ( note Mizz Moore's dog collar !)
That place makes San Francisco look tame.
