is one year old. He is my boyfriend's nephew (new-born, obviously).

My boyfriend does not like seeing him on the mountain, learning to speak only Akha. My boyfriend has very bad memories of this.

Therefore, HE plans to bring this little boy to Chiang Mai and put him in Chiang Mai schools.

This sounds like a plan to me!
