Is it true that the delay of the new Walking Street sign in Pattaya is due to special Khymer craftsmen up north busy hand crafting intricate details of mirrored tiles and golden statues for the arch which will attract countless tourists to take endless photographs of the new marvel of art? :ven:

As for the title of this thread, I thought that in Walking Street the tourists were the attraction.
