Yep.

Go to the YouTube video you want in your message[/*:m:ed7rq1xi]
Copy the URL address[/*:m:ed7rq1xi]
Paste it into your message pane[/*:m:ed7rq1xi]
Highlight it[/*:m:ed7rq1xi]
Then go up and click "YouTube" button in the Format group of buttons above the message pane[/*:m:ed7rq1xi]
Voila!! ... its now a link in your message. Comes out like this:
