View Full Version : Gentleman's Club
Does anyone know what happened to Gentleman's Club? It was the first Pattaya bar I ever visited over twenty years ago, and remained singularly unchanged, for better or for worse, all these years. Suddenly -- gone!

Not really suddenly, it had been dying for some time from lack of clients. Story I heard was the owner returned to Switzerland possibly to claim an inheritance or possibly to attend an ill family member or both?

20 Million! Wow - what must the hotel properties on Pattayaland Soi 3 be worth?
Fattman you may think the prices are inflated but the sellers seem to get them.
Yes, too many gullable farangs. Prices for some properties in Pattaya are higher than the equivalent in Bangkok, largely because farangs move in, don't understand the true vale of property and pay more or less the silly asking prices, pushing up prices overall, over time.
If transactions are taking place, that dictates the market rate. Not what one or more persons may consider as "silly".
