Private 22 Bangkok

There was a reference on a recent thread to a massage facility called Private 22. This one contributor wrote favourably of this venue. It is new to me and "googling" produced few results mainly on Japanese forums. My cursory search no reference to it on the usual gay Thailand forums. Can people relate their experience, if any?
