HAHA, I am going through the same with my Guy in the Philippines.

It seems I never know what the cost will be???
There are Enrollment Fees, based on how many units. But the number keeps changing.
Then the Exam Fees, those must be paid later during the course.
OH, and the REQUIRED field-trips. Bus fare, hotel room, food...

This year I told him he needs to send me his BILL from the University.
Then I will pay the Enrollment Fees.

I have also asked him to send the results of his Exams, but he says those are only posted on the Office Door.
