Since Pattaya will be dry this weekend (because of Pattaya elections ---again....how many are there?) I'm going to Bangkok. Do the bars on soi 4 still have to close at 2am, including GOD?

G.O.D back to closing at 4am. Keep it quiet. DJ closes at 2. Bars on soi Twlight 1 and Dick's 2. Balcony and Telephone at 1.
