I have just heard that Symphony restaurant that's run by Hugh Miller is to close its doors at the end of this month the lack of business is the reason given, I wonder who will be next ????

North end of Pattaya Second Road.

Hugh Miller was heavily involved in the Ambience Hotel, Boytztown at one time before he founded the Symphony Restaurant. (I understand he had an accountancy or other financial role at Ambience).

I hope this is not true. Hugh runs a nice restaurant and I have always enjoyed the menu, wine list and ambiance. Hugh has always been a very attentive host.

Yes I'm sorry to say it is true I heard it straight from the horses mouth I will also be sorry to see Hugh and his restaurant go, unfortunate the previous restaurant based in that location Mata Hari's was a very hard act to fallow.

Just in the off chance you haven't noticed Symphony is now firmly CLOSED.
If any of you alleged former supporters of it who thought it was a great restaurant, want to buy it and keep it going now's your chance contact Hugh at the Poseidon.
