I know that this is suppose to be Pattaya as it is on the Thailand Forum Index. It looks very much like Puerto Vallarta to me.

Nice picture.. Odd aspect ratio. Definitely not right for a "widescreen" monitor. Is there a higher quality (higher pixel) version somewhere?

yes it's weird 800*800 ratio, it's done by photobucket , the original was 900*900 so not much better , sorry
