Whilst Thailand is not mentioned, it does say:

"And it warns that the spillover will more severe in Latin America or in countries linked to the dollar, which has declined sharply on world currency markets."

Thailand seems to have its "own way" of linking its currency. Whilst Thailand say it is linked to a basket of asian currencies, they are always referring to the dollar.

Anyway, according to the IMF, nothing specifically is mentioned about SE Asia, but if you read between the lines, this credit crunch is leaving SE Asia slightly unscathed. Strange.
