Street Sweep of Street Kids

Did the April 1st sweep of all Pattaya Streets take place by the Bangkok and Pattaya Police? I remember a news article saying that the combined forces of Pattaya Police and Bangkok would remove all street children and send them to a 45 day camp where they would be evaluated and then sent to proper agencies.

Another one was that the sign at the end of Boyz town was to be changed into Russian.

They could pick them all up, give them room, board and a good education. Then get them enrolled in Chulangkorn with guaranteed high paying jobs if it just was not for all those dam privileged kids that have already filled the all the positions.
