What is that place with the big Thai boy posters?

There is a Thai bar on the road to Jomtien (right side when going that way) with large posters of a pretty shirtless Thai man. Its not far from the 3rd Road overpass. What is this place? Is it for ladies looking for gigolos or gay friendly?

Thanks for asking. I just noticed that place this past week and wondered if that poster has been there a long time -- it doesn't look new, but I pass that place on a regular basis and never noticed it before.

Also, about month or so ago I noticed a sign outside a bar in the row of townhouses on Soi Watboon as you come from Jomtien Beach: "Man Man" in large letters. I wonder if that's a place for Friends of Dorothy?
