An illustration of the perils of patronising poorly licensed and regulated, or indeed unlicensed, cosmetic surgery clinics in Thailand - there have been far too many of these 'medical' procedures which have gone wrong to even contemplate using their services. If it can't be obtained or is too expensive to get in a proper hospital - forget it.
