I am planning to revisit Pattaya nect year. Will the new hotel be open soon. I have tried Boystown which is great, but it might be nicere nearer Jomthien Beach.
Any idea on room rates and transport cost wold be great to know.

leeman, don't quote me on this but I believe kquills hotel project has changed shape a little is now a condo project instead.

You are correct.

Nearly everything I wished to do up there, because of the proximity to the Princess' holiday home, was forbidden. They did not want this, that or the other.

I realized very quickly this was going to be a nightmare in the making, and even if permits were passed, they could very quickly be revoked and We would constantly be at their mercy.

A project forecast for 20 months development would soon be three years.

I have abandoned the Hotel option in favour of my new concept Ocean Blu condominiums, which sold out over 25% on release of information without plans or drawings with deposits paid already!

The project owner is the Blue Dream Company Limited of which I am MD and major shareholder.

For those of you who get Pattaya Mail, it was the lead header this week in Alan Bolton Property Consultants advertising page, at the top.

Sales have been outstanding. I already have the full renderings and in the next two days will post of both inside and exterior.

It is a 79 boutique apartment project from Studios up to Three bedroomed three bathroom project and will be built by a highly respected property group in Pattaya who have Hotels and projects everywhere here and have connections to Amari.

My Architects are based in Phuket.

The project is in Pratumnak Soi 5. 300 mters from the beach in a straight line, and a beach that is taken care of and a lot cleaner than Jomtien. As you will all know by now, it will form a prestigious address been in close proximity to the Royal Household, so we do not envisage problems up there with drainage, electricity, security etc.

So now you know. We still have the permits to be taken care of but the development falls in with all others in the location and is low rise with a rooftop swimming pool.

We will, if everything goes according to plan, be doing the Launch Party at the Birdcage on May 3rd with Superstar PEE SA DERD live in concert.

What would a deposit amount be?
What agency is handling the transaction?
Is my VIP card good for 10% off?

She was the Crown Prince's first wife ............. her late father was the Queen's brother ............. so that makes her the Prince's first cousin as well as former wife .............. although divorced she retains much of her royalty due to the fact that she is the mother of the King's first grandchild.

I find it surprizing that you appoint Mr Wade as one of your agents. The man is a homophobic wanker! There are many more good agents than the 3 you list here Kevin. If you want some person recommendations let me know. Also don't forget to invite the specialist press to your launch party also to get some free coverage. Don't just invite the papers like most developers seem to do!!!

Surprised at you comment about him being homophobic, I was not aware of thatr point.

Anyway, the same cannot be said about Alan Bolton property Consultants!, Good old Alan, he has sponsored the Birdcage shirts!!
