My Thai friend is looking for a one bedroom apartment(studio) that is located around Care Four or in the Tony's area on soi 3. Right now he's located on the edge of the city and wants to move to a more central location. So does anyone know if there are any reasonable places (and safe) places to rent in these areas? He's use to the Jomtien area which is too far away from where he works.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Thrill Bill
My BF stayed for yearsin Sokkasam apartments on 3rd road
(Prounounced Suck-a-same)
Its located just inside Soi Satee which is practically next to junction of 3rd road and Thrappaya rd (directly below the over pass to bali hai)

I stayed there for many holidays and have always been very impressed by the upkeep and security of the place.

However if you can stretch to 4500 LV apartment on 3rd road is very highly recommendedd, rooms come with TVm, Air and internet so very useful for those who are net savvy

LV are quite close to Tonys on 3rd rd
