just heard that all of beach road willbe closed for 2 weeks for repairs. businesses are being told to shut down starting next week!

I don't think the people in Morecambe will be too stressed out, February tends to be the low season on the north of England coast. They have been working on the beach road there for some time already and like the 'new' Wembley Stadium, it never seems to end.
