... as predicted by some of you, no one seems to be forcing the smoking band. I was at a couple clubs/bars in BKK over the weekend and everyone smoked and the ash trays were out on the tables. After standing next to a couple chain smokers at DJ's, I turned around and asked them if they were aware about the smoking band since last week? They said, "no" and placed their cigarettes out...but they were from the rule abiding country of Singapore :bounce: Many of us non smokers can handle SOME cigarette smoke,but when it is non stop and the cigarette is basically in your face in a crowded room, then its too much --whether there is a band or not.
