Just came across this thread on renting condos at Chateau Dale, on www.pattaya-chat.com (http://www.pattaya-chat.com)


"Chateau Dale is a Condominium Block on Thappraya Road, near the crossing with Thappraya Road, on the Way from South Pattaya to Jomtien.
Next Door South is View Talay One.,My favorite Indian Restaurant in Pattaya, Indian By Nature, is right at the entrance. Bruno's Restaurant is at the next Block, Pan Pan Italian Restaurant is on the other side of the street"

There are a lot of photos ,worth a look for those seeking to rent.

The above link comes up as 'out of date' or 'broken' when I check it.

If anyone has details of one month/two month lets of apartments in Pattaya or Jomtien I would be interested to hear.

My friend Stefan has lovely apparments at reasonable prices c Bt15 a month. e mail him you proposed dates at : stefanpattaya@yahoo.com and he will send photos and prices.

little smelee' are passe' and I think nastee.

I even tried ti join pattaya-chat to see the post on Chateau Dale but no e-mail with access details from them in two hours? They say immediate or max 10 minutes. Maybe lonelywombat can cut and paste the article to save all this trouble.

I could not understand why I could load the page easy, yet people are having trouble.

I apparently remained logged in and so had no problems.

I logged out and then returned and the Hotel and Condos review was not there.

When I logged in it reappeared. Bit like the Beer Deal

The poster has over 20 quality pics of his one bedroom condo, swimming pool, gardens

he got for 22,000 pm and is walking distance to Jomtien
