anyone have any recommendations for a good tour guide in Siem Reap?

My guide for Nov. 21 was Chhand Chhorda (Nickname, Da). He was a delightful young man, licensed guide, and secured for me by my hotel, The Golden Banana in Siem Reap. Da's email is smile2mena@yahoo.com . I got the impression Da worked for the the Golden Banana guests regularly. During high season (now) Da mentioned that he had work every day, which was wonderful. During the rainy season guide work is quite sporadic.
