Hotel in BKK

I will be in BKK with a friend of mine, he likes ladyboys, so we look for a gay friendly and also lb friendly hotel. Location: Sukhumvit (low part) or around/near Silom. Facilities: Swimming pool (and maybe gym). Price: Up to 1800 baht. A few names we were given: Nana Hotel, Pinnacle Lumpini, Rose Hotel, Dynasty Inn. Any suggestions? Any comments about those hotels or others? Thank you, guys.

I found The Rose to be clean, pleasant & located very close to Soi Duangthawee, which seems to have the most & in my view the best Gogo bars.

As a negative, it had single glazed windows, so when someone played music outside until 3:00 am on 2 sucessive nights, I could hear it in the room.
