"Caught-on-tape тАУ vicious fight on Pattaya Third Road.
We were on the scene of a vicious fight which took place at the Central Section of Pattaya Third early on Tuesday Morning. Two men were injured in the scuffle despite the presence of two Police Officers, both who attempted to control the situation with their firearms. One officer even fired once into the air to stop the assault on one of the two men who was attacked. A second officer arrived on a motorbike and confronted the attackers with gun drawn, however the attackers who were inside a Black modified Honda Accord were able to drive away from the scene unchallenged. The reason behind the attack is unknown and the two men were taken to Hospital with a variety of injuries, none of which are thought to be serious. We understand that no further Police action was taken. " Pattaya City News
The police have the whole incident on tape including the license plate of the car that fled. If the car was on Pattaya Third Road in the central section as reported I would think further police action would be very appropriate. As reported by the media before the Pattaya police seem inefficient in these matters.
