I hear that it is to be located on part of the large plot by Jomtien Condotel and Village and surrounding Pattaya Park. More or less opposite Chateau Dale. We are talking 68 stories last I heard. Estimated accuracy potential 6/10

jvt2tutu My understanding is that the large plot on Jomtien Beach Road is for View Talay 3 - or is it 4 and this is currently on hold.

Today I had two persons saying that it was the long prepared site by Jomtien Beach Road Soi 5.

I alsp heard rumour of a 60 story one connected with Pattaya Propeerties. Maybe there are to be two?
