looking for a spa in Silom area for massage (non-sexual), manicure, pedicure, facial (no, not that kind, I post for those
on recon.com) etc. Any recommendations?

You can get the manicure, pedicure, facial and a hair cut at Cutey, Thaniya Plaza. Near-by there are several massage venues but if your asking for an oil massage most look for the happy ending for the extra tip. You can refuse or say so upfront.

There's a relativly new one right in Thaniya close to Suriwong. The boys and girls sit out side and many are very good looking but the place is not set up for sex--just gives that impression.

I highly recommend Bodytune on silom road for massage. ItтАЩs quiet and very clean, unlike many places in the silom area. However, massage workers seem to be all women, but the women there do know their stuff, if youтАЩre looking for тАЬjustтАЭ massage (definitely not a sex place).

You can probably get a cheaper massage, but itтАЩs not expensive at 590 baht for a 2 hour thai massage. I haven't gone anywhere else in BKK for years.
